    This home is nestled in the Silverlake Hills where you can enjoy the adventure and fun activities of nearby Griffith Park while being only a 10 minute commute from Downtown Los Angeles. Silverlake is a very quiet and safe upscale hillside community that offers you a unique city-designed jogging trail that goes around the beautiful Silverlake reservoir. The run from the house through the hills around the lake and back makes for a perfect yet challenging 5-K run! There is ample parking on the short looping street where the house is located with the added option of using the attached 2-car garage. A Gelson's Market and Trader Joe's is located only a short 10-minute walk from the house, but beware of those hills when returning with your bags of groceries!
