    If your stay is over 30 nights, you do not have to pay the 14% City Hotel Tax. However, a credit check at our expense and short term lease is required. Call or email for more information.

    Because these are furnished Hotel Apartments, upon check in, we require a security deposit of $30.00 per night or $200.00, whichever is more, to be authorized on your credit card, but not charged, in case of loss or damage. However, since authorizations last only up to 30 days, If your stay is over 25 nights, the security deposit is a refundable charge to your credit card upon check in. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

    A valid photo ID (U.S. drivers license or passport) is required upon check in.

    Essex Manor Hotel Apartments in which the Marlon Brando Garden Apartment is located, is in Los Angeles, within a few blocks of Wilshire Boulevard and Vermont Avenue where there is a Metro subway train station and many restaurants and shops of interest. We are adjacent to Koreatown, about 2.5 miles west of downtown Los Angeles, and approximately 3.5 miles southeast of Hollywood. We are nestled near Laffayette and MacArthur Parks, and situated centrally between the city’s major freeways, the Santa Monica 10, Hollywood 101 and Harbor 110.
