In order for no additional fees or charges to apply we ask our guests to leave the cottages as they found them. As a guest you are responsible for cleaning kitchen as well as being respectful of the rental, its neighbors and the rental contents.
If house rules are not kept addtionnnal charge will be placed on your credit card that was given to us at the time of reservation. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Keeping within the guidelines of the houserules helps management to keep rate cost down.

Additional Location Information
Western style and themed cabin that is backed up to thousands of acres of privatly owned land and BLM land. A cabin "out of the way" but still close enough to walk to stores and restaurtants cant get any better than this one of a kind rental! It is pet friendly with lots of parking space and indoor space.
