We were very fortunate to find this place since we were going to an large formal event at the Castello di Amorosa just down the street and most of the hotels in and around Calistoga were booked solid. I'm glad they were too, because I'll bet that none of them were as nice as Gary's place!
Gary lives on the property of a this B&B and we saw him around a few times tending to the gardens. He was extremely nice and sociable and made sure we had everything we needed. He kindly offered to take some photos of my BF and I all dressed up for our event, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was very spacious with a king-size bed and a built-in day bed to the side. The room was also furnished with a large dresser, sofa, TV, chairs, and end tables. There is a small closet for hanging clothes. The bathroom is dated, but very clean and not cramped. There is a running fountain on the private patio which is very relaxing. Everything is sweetly decorated and really makes you feel...
