We stayed here with our daughter and two Labs. Check-in was easy, and the two young ladies working at Big Bear Vacations were friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and large, and we felt that it was a good value. Their dog and cleaning policy (fees) were more reasonable than other cabins we have stayed at in Big Bear. The location is good and makes for a quick trip to the zoo or ski resorts. There was no snow when we were there, but I highly recommend the zoo and Alpine Slide if you have kids. Also, the deli that you pass on the way to the cabin is a great lunch spot.
We would definitely stay here again.
