Long term rate applies to rentals of two months or longer. Inquire about rate.
For Visa Credit Card Payments a handling fee of 3.5% will be applied. For AMEX Credit Card Payments a handling fee of 3.5% handling fee will be applied. Please advise on form of payment when making a reservation so the invoice can prepared accordingly. Long term rent rate applies to periods of 2 months or longer; daily rate for groups of 3- 4 add $25 p/d Cancellation Policy. In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival or in the event of an early departure, the Tenant (s) will not be reimbursed for monies already paid to the Oxford Apartments.
