    On all sides, the 360o views are impressive, and overlook the valley of the River Tiber (Tivere) to the west, agricultural land and hill villages all around with a backdrop of unpopulated mountains and the Soratte mountain to the south west. Village shops are 1.2km, a 10-15 minutes undulating walk. Two supermarkets are within 5-15 minutes by car. Rome 1 hour by train or autostrada.

    The 'bathroms' are all shower rooms, with large (200Kg) travertine stone shower trays. All have wash basins and WC. Additionally 3 have bidets. (There are no baths.)
    The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full electric oven, and four burner gas hob.

    The work surfaces and kitchen sink are travertine stone, and there is a good collection of cooking utensils, cookbooks (mostly English language) and local guides.

    There is an electric kettle, a toaster, teapots, a cafetiere (for ground coffee) and Nespresso coffee machine (bring coffee capsules if you plan to use it.)

    Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom linen and towels provided, also pool towels. (Beds, pillows, duvets and mattresses all from Switzerland.)

We expected rustic charm and character - and that is exactly how it is! Extremely well thought- out renovation of old farm habitat. extremely comfortable, spotlessly maintained both inside and out. The fabulous infinity pool was well serviced daily and has a ledge below water level enabling you to sit in the pool comfortably and soak up the fabulous views, stretching across to medieval villages, seemingly clinging to the hillsides.
Our party thoroughly appreciated the spacious interior, comprising of two lounges, a gorgeous character dining room, very well equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry rooms - and that is just the lower level!!
Bright airy bedrooms and bathrooms, with lovely roof terrace and bedroom presented at the top of a further flight of steps.
We were spoilt for choice when it came to 'Al Fresco ' meals - with three patio areas at our disposal, each with differing views.
Each day we visited neighbouring hill villages, rarely meeting other tourists. The...
