Great cottage in a great location. The bedrooms are small and a bit wonky but full of character and we all slept well. The ground floor is bigger than the photos look. In particular the sun room is lovely with nice views of a surprisingly big garden. You have to walk through two other people's yards to get to the cottage - but they were really friendly and we liked the fact that this adds an additional level of security - you really don't need to lock the door or worry about leaving bikes in the garden.
Wells itself is lovely with a few good places to eat and drink, quirky shops, crabbing and some great walks to either the beach, a country park or a coastal village (Stiffkey) and it's pub. more
