    Located on a most attractive and well-established urbanización at the quieter eastern edge of Nerja, our property is a few minutes drive or about 30 mins. walk from the town centre. It is ideal for visitors who like to be close to amenities, but without the increased activity and noise sometimes associated with more central locations.

    Meals and refreshments can be enjoyed at the development's two restaurants, La Vainilla overlooking the main pool (summer only), and Las Fuentes at the entrance. Alternatively stay in, relax on the terrace and take in the views.

    Nerja's largest and most popular beach area, Playa de Burriana, with its long stretch of sand, many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, is a short drive away or about 30 mins. walk.

    The refurbished well-equipped kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, and a large fridge/freezer.

    Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The twin bedroom has a ceiling mounted fan and, for the double bedroom, there is a free standing fan.

    For modest additional cost, a cot and/or high chair can be provided and, for a family of five, we can also arrange for a folding bed for an extra child to be positioned in the twin bedroom.

    All windows are double glazed and, together with the exterior doors, they are protected by security bars or gates.

    The lounge has patio doors giving access to the terrace.

    The satellite TV provides UK freesat channels.

    The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

    The nearest airport is Malaga, which is served by airlines from many European countries. From the UK, these include Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, Jet2 and British Airways which, between them, offer departures from a number of London and provincial airports.

    Nerja is about 70km. east of the airport and linked by motorway. Driving time is normally under an hour.

    At the airport there are many car rental companies. When looking for a vehicle a visit to websites such as www.argoscarhire.com and www.carjet.co.uk can sometimes help the search.

    Although a car can be useful, it's not essential. For those who prefer not to drive, a taxi prebooked from the Nerja end at www.nerjataxis.net costs €69 each way (May 2013 price). Many visitors have used this service and found it very reliable. Ob...

I recently stayed in this apartment with my boyfriend and another couple. The apartment was lovely and clean and nicely decorated. This apartment truly was home from home. The facilities and thoughtfulness of the owners was of the highest quality.
