    Rental Home –
    2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 6
The house is a traditional two bedroom cottage that has been recently and lovingly restored. We wanted to retain the integrity and character of the cottage, so there are many traditional features and period furniture with some beautiful paintings and pottery. This is particularly evident in the living room/sun room which has a charming 'beach feel' with its painted wood floor and high ceiling.

The cottage sits on an acre at the end of a peninsula and has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. You can sit and watch waves breaking off the rocks or watch the most amazing sunsets from the large living room windows or the two patios (one stone patio, one large wooden deck). There is also a beautiful white sandy beac...

Then in a spectacular vista you see the cottage backgrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. As you enter the driveway you are greeted by a copious stack of cut turf, which is a promise... more

5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012 for a stay in August 2012

My family and I stayed at this delightful cottage for a week in August . The location is spectacular.. overlooking the bay, surrounded by the untamed beauty, that makes this part of Donegal one of the most unspoilt places in Ireland. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. Each night's sky was more beautiful than the previous one.The cottage had all of... more

Arrived in the dark to a toasty warm cottage, fires were set ready to light. The cottage is quaint and cosy and we felt very much at home. The owners have added some lovely touches and their beautiful artwork is on display. The location is superb and the 3 days we were there we felt the Atlantic belonged to us... more
