Prices inclusive of electricity, water, Cable TV, High speed Internet/Wifi, weekly cleaning including linen/towels change and use of shared pool / gym. There is an additional charge (paid locally) for the use of the communal barbeque and/or function room.

Booking process: On receipt of your request, we will make an initial reservation of your dates and send you a reservation from and a copy of our terms and conditions. In order to secure your booking, the completed reservation form, together with a deposit of 25% is required within 7 days. This can be paid either by bank transfer (US Dollars, GB Pounds or Euro) or via Papyal (Credit Card).

The balance of the full amount of the rental (or 1 months rental for bookings in excess of 4 weeks) should be paid 6 weeks prior to the rental. (For bookings less than 6 weeks in advance, payment of the full amount for the rental is required at the time of booking)
