It is located over Charcas street between Billinghurst and Bustamante in the Recoleta neighborhood, one of the most top of Buenos Aires. Many tourists choose to Recoleta for his great activity day and night, plus its ease of transport to other areas such as downtown and Palermo. The apartment is only two blocks from the border with Palermo giving it a strategic location to experience the best of Palermo and Recoleta easily. Is one of the most cultural neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. There are a variety of building styles in the neighborhood, coupled with its large green parks such as the Plaza Francia and Parque Las Heras.

There is a small supermarket at one side of the building and a big one at 2 blocks. There is a wide variety of resturants within less than 3 blocks. There is an ATM at less than two blocks.
