Payment can be made by transfer in sterling or euros and the price quoted is for the property and not per person.<BR>25% non-refundable deposit is payable to reserve a booking. <BR>All bills are included in the rental price for short term lets.<BR>Balance to be paid one month before arrival to include a returnable breakage/damage fee of £50.00 pounds. This will be transferred within 7 days after exit from property (subject to satisfactory property check).<BR>There will be an additional charge of �30 euros (payable on arrival at the house) if arriving at the property after the hours of 20.00hrs and �40 if arriving at the apartment after 22.00hrs.<BR><BR>Short breaks of minimum 5 nights will be considered.<BR><BR>Payment can also be made in Euros.
