    PEMBROKE 403 is a very spacious (263sqm) and utterly luxurious apartment on the fourth of five floors with a really high spec finish. The furniture was specially designed including some stunning glass pieces. All of the art work is original and personally chosen for the space. It has recently been awarded 5 STARS by the South African Tourism Board.

    The beds & bedrooms are luxurious with bed linen of the highest quality and there are oodles of pillows, towels etc together with bathrobes. Each balcony has a six seater table & chairs with loungers on the Marina side.

    Rates are for the entire apartment. While 4 persons is preferred maximum number of occupants, as this is a very special place, there is in fact full comfort sleeping accommodation for 6 persons

    Outside of the peak season, lower rates are sometimes possible depending on availability particularly at short notice. Please enquire.

    A deposit of 50% of total rental is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of total rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    A credit card authorisation is taken on arrival as security against any breakages or damage.

    Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card in either Euro, Sterling.

Three of us stayed here for 4 nights; it was one of the best rental finds ever! Large, beautiful, convenient location, great applicances; two balconies with very nice views. Two suites so nice for two couples. Highly recommended. more
