After our long journey to the Southern Hemisphere we arrived albeit slightly weary in Plettenberg Bay, however the sight that greeted us soon revitalised our bleary eyes. On arrival at Whale Rock Garden House we received a wonderfully warm reception from Judy who showed as round what was to be our home for the next 10 days, every room exceeded any pre-conception being beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. When we finally looked onto the sun terrace we knew that all the boxes had been ticked, comy chairs and loungers as well as a dining area with BBQ (Braai).
The stunning beach is a gentle 10 minute walk and stretches as far as the eye can see in both directions, from the beach you will get a good view of the The Robberg Peninsula a nature reserve and national monument that lies about 8km south of Plettenberg Bay.
