*Damage/Security Deposit of $300.00 will be returned after 7 days from check-out if there is no damage, lost of items or additional cleaning after departure. An itemized letter will be sent to you if there is damage, lost of items or extra cleaning after departure.
*The villa will be cleaned prior to your stay and you have paid a fee towards this cleaning. If additional cleaning beyond normal is necessary after your departure there will be a minimum charge of $40.00
*Las Brisas Villa Dos does not provide daily housekeeping, cook or babysitter but is available through property manager.
*It is recommended that you obtain travel/cancellation insurance in case of cancellation and seek compensation through your insurance provider.
