This was our 2nd stay at Cocomarindo, but our first in this Unit and we stayed 3 months. Realistically these are small apartments to sleep in and that is exactly what we did. Due to so many renters the furniture is tired and worn. We spent the whole time on the great balcony and only went indoors to make food or sleep etc. There are no stove, only stove tops but we requested a toaster oven and our neighbours let us use thier bbq.
The pool is the draw at this complex and it offers all renters the opportunity to meet people and also stay cool without feeling crowded. This owner has a great property manager and this is key to renting in Costa Rica. I wish the owner would invest in screens for airflow and it would save on aC and also a patio set! The location does not require a car, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and into town in 10 , a cab is $2...fruit stand and convenience stores all nearby. We will return. more
