I LOVED this little gem in a culturally diverse neighborhood that is being revisualized and is changing. The rental is a brand new modern "casita" just behind the main house and I believe I was one of the first to stay there. You can't miss it, as it definitely stands out in the neighborhood! The two homes are separate entities, but because both structures have a lot of glass, you can see right into the windows across the shared small pool. But their are floor to ceiling shades to pull down, so no biggie. I never actually saw the homeowners while I was there. The space was perfect for one or two people.
It says the unit sleeps four, and the couch does fold out into a futon making that possible, but there were no extra pillows or blankets provided.
It got a bit chilly in there with concrete floors and walls, but that would be a welcome option in the summer months!
