We are two retired adult snowbirds, this was our 3rd February in Austin, We stay 30 days often more, the ATX House fit our needs perfectly. This unit is in a quiet neighborhood, located on the second floor of a 6 unit building. The interior is clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, even some spices...

If you cancel inside 30 days, you will be refunded 75% of your reservation amount. Once we have charged your full balance on the second monday prior to your arrival you are responsible for the full amount should you cancel, unless we can rebook. If you’re booking during SXSW, ACL, or F-1 the balance will be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 90 days, you are responsible for the entire amount unless we can rebook.
***If you cancel your booking more than 60 days after you made your reservation, we will refund your entire amount minus the credit card fees, which are forfeited after 60 days.

Located just a few blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, and just a short stroll to Chuy's, Shady Grove, Austin Java and so many more of Austin's favorite restaurants, The ATX House is a prime spot to enjoy Austin from the inside out. There's a reason why so many people flock to this neighborhood to live, it's because it's got a great relaxed vibe, super friendly people, and you can always just walk down and jump into Barton Springs if you're ever in need a fresh start :)
