Additional Rate and Availability Information
150 USD per stay for cleaning will be charged additionally.
The prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide towels and bed sheets for our visitors. Bed sheets and bath towels will be replaced 2 times a week. We also provide toilet paper, paper towel, liquid soap and shower gel free of charge!
In order to secure a booking we request 25% of the entire booking to be paid in advance. The remaining amount should be paid at least 5 weeks before the check-in date. In case of payments through PayPal please add 4,5% commission on the total amount transferred. Any cancellation within four weeks prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within two weeks days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit is non-refundable in any case.
