    Additional Location Information
The Location of the house is absolutely great- 15 min walk to Gion the famous Geisha area 5 min walk to Miyagawa-cho, another, less known Geisha area, yet charming and cozy, 10-15 min to downtown, 10 min to the Lovely area of Kiyomizu and the picturesque street on the eastern mountains. Conveniently located to bus and train line -the Gion Shijo or Gojo stations on the Keihan line.
Yet the location of the house, deep in a narrow alley, keeps it quite and private.

The location is great, being able to get to the Gion district via the grounds of Kennin-ji temple. It is literally just around the corner from Rokuharamitsu-ji (which... more

There's a lot of temples around, so just going for a walk in the neiborhood is a really nice experience! I really recomend... more
