There are 2 rental fees (see above) to be added to accommodation rate when calculating the total cost of your stay:

1. Utility Surcharge
Fee based on average usage. Meters are read on arrival & departure. Excess will be deducted from security deposit.

2. Cleaning & Laundry Surcharge
Villa is clean on arrival. Charge is for departure cleaning & includes 3 laundry loads (1 load per bedroom avg). Excess laundry (€10 per load) will be deducted from security deposit.

Please note:
All bookings are subject to an accidental damage deposit of €220. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your return, subject to there being no outstanding claim.
