My husband and I travelled with two friends to Boracay for the first time in January 2012 and stayed at The Penthouse in the Cohiba Villas complex. The professional photos of the apartment are a true representation of the property, which is located at Bulabog beach. Toilets are not well maintained. Flush broke down in master bedroom countless times and water pressure in both bathrooms are poor. We ended up showering at the pool showering facilities because the water in both bathrooms in the aprtment comes in a trickle. There seems to be a leak in the shower area of the master bedroom as well. Please...

The Penthouse sits majestically on a cliff with a 270 degree view of the Sibuyan sea and overlooks Bulabog Beach, or Sport Beach as it is sometimes called. Bulabog beach is a world famous kite surfing destination and on a breezy day you can look down at over 100 beautifully colored kites.
The Penthouse is just 5 minutes walk from Bulabog Beach and 15 minutes walk from the 7km long White Beach, or 5 minutes by car. The islands best restaurants and main shopping strip, DMall, are also only 5 minutes by car.
Boracay Penthouse is just a 15 minute ride from the ferry terminal.
