Many times we lived during our HK-stays during last years in hotels and in this year first time in a flat.
This apartment was an excellent choice!
Although the location nearby LOHAS PARK seems far away from the city of HK, in reality is the distance because of the MTR and the bus-shuttle directly from Le Prestige are really very close.
Therefore we can this flat very recommend.
The price was cheaper than an comparable hotel.
For a monthly rent the price per day are about 70-80 HKD, really a good price for this excellent flat.
The owner, Mrs and Mr Mahtani, was very friendly and helpfully in preparation and during our trip also.
The flat is a luxury apartment with overlooking over the Junkbay and a lookout until the skyline of HK-island and Kowloon.

A recommendable flat!
