The apartment is located at the exclusive neighborhood of Talbia, on Lincoln Street, a centrally located but very quiet street near the King David Hotel, the US Consulate, Prime Minister's residence, Ben Yehuda St., the new Mamilla pedestrian mall and Jaffa Gate, and is within walking distance from the Kotel.
The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the Great Synagogue, the HUC and the Conservative Centers, Bakah and the German colonyThere are 2 parks around the corner: Liberty Bell Park and the Independence Park.
There are several restaurants (kosher and non-kosher) within a very short walk, as well as two grocery stores around the corner, one of which is open 24 hours/day (except Saturdays). The Agron supermarket is 7 minutes away.
parking in the street is free on week days between 6pm - 8am.
on weekends from Friday 1pm-Sunday 8am..
