Thank you for your interest. If you wish to make a booking please check the availability dates and the rates and contact me via the web site with your dates. I shall respond with a quote/payment request and at the same time hold your dates for 48 hours. If, in that time, you have paid the deposit those dates are secured for you. If a deposit is not paid in 48 hours the dates will be made available again.

In order to comply with the agreement we have with our condominium management the minimum stay is 4 weeks. It will also be necessary for you to supply the names of the travellers in your party so their occupancy can be authorised.

Wherever you stay I wish you a happy holiday, Chiang Mai is a magical place.

Chiang Mai is a favourite traveller destination with a fascinating history going back to 1296. The old walled and moated city is full of interest and more than 100 Buddhist temples. The people, the shops and the eating places are a delight with dinner from $1.50 on the street to as much as you would like to pay in a grand hotel...... and the cost of living is low enough for a western traveller to recover their air-fare ! A great place to explore Northern Thailand and to visit Vientiane and Myanmar.
