    20% deposit of rental fee is required to secure the booking and no time limit so long as the payment is done before starting using the apartment.

    From the main Entebbe airport or Kampala the capital city and its suburbs, its a free pick up to the apartment. If you would like to be picked up you can make a request when or ofter booking.

    I recommend to use a taxi or to be picked up by the representative.

    PALM GARDENS is just opposite Nanganda primary school near Nanganda town centre on Church road immediately off Lukuli road the main road. the house has a very big clock as you can see in the picture and the clock is well known in the area.

I stayed in Palm Gardens apartment for little over a month. It is a nice apartments with quite a few commodities. It's quite small but for one person it is great I think. The families staying in the same building are very friendly and you'll feel like you are part of the city.

There's a kitchen so you can prepare your own food. Please do be careful with storing away any food items as if you leave them they will attract bugs/mouse/etc.

The balcony is great, and there is furniture for the balcony that you can use. If electricity is cut there'll still be light because there is a solar energy system. The water in the shower sometimes has issues with water pressure.
