There is no charge for children under 2.
Local tourist taxes are included in the price of the rental.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £150 security deposit is required along with the final balance. This will be refunded in full to a UK bank account within 2 weeks after you leave the property, subject to there having been no damage/breakages to the property.
