We first stayed at this property years ago, a group of friends meeting for a reunion. We've since returned at least once a year. The view of the lake surrounded by pine trees is breathtaking--a view that allows the peacefulness of nature in a house that gives all the comforts you'd desire. During our summer stay, we took kayaks and rafts out on the water. During winter, we cozied up indoors next to the large electric fireplace with our hot drinks and relished in the woodsy feel of the area. The area is quiet and serene and when the setting sun reflects in the crystalline lake, your breath will be taken away.
The style of the house reflects the woodsy feel of Auburn, with wood panelling, a magnificent stone shower in one of the bathrooms and the plush wall-to-wall carpeting gives the place a cozy feel.
