The property was a big disappointment tarnishing an otherwise great visit. The furniture was not very nice and the place seemed shabby. One room was used for storage (junk?), some of the blinds would not work, tiles in the shower were loose, one bedroom door would not close because the foot of the bed was in the way... Also, make sure the back door of the unit is locked with the deadbolt. I walked down to the rear property door and it was ajar. If you have young children, do not open the second floor windows near the tv as they do not have screens or bars. The customer service was not much better. I emailed the owner's agent, Cliff Palermo, three weeks before my arrival to request a "late" check-out. Should not have been a problem as it was only 2 p.m. and the calendar did not show any bookings for the following week. On check-out day I find out that the request was denied because they scheduled a cleaning at 10:30. Overall, a very poor experience.
