We were a group of 4 couples who traveled to DC to see my teenager's marching band perform in the National Memorial Day parade. We enjoyed the apartment - it was decorated nicely, fully equipped kitchen and a good floor plan for us to gather in the evenings to chat and eat. Eva (the owner) was very responsive in advance of our arrival to questions. She had thought of everything as far as the little "needs" you have when traveling: Soaps, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. She was also readily available by cell phone for a couple of questions that arose upon arrival. She is very courteous and attentive and lives down stairs/next door.
We had one of our group break her foot just prior to our visit. I was a little surprised upon arrival by the number of steps based up on an inquiry to the owner once we learned of the injury. The age of the steps made the access even more challenging as they were inconsistent in depth and the handrail was a litte shaky from...
