The holiday apartment is very central, on a square off the circular boulevard of Budapest (körút).
On the square itself stands one of the beautiful historic market halls of Budapest where you can go for all your shopping and couleur locale. Apart from the numerous vegetable and fruit stands, you will find a very good bakery, a cheese producer, a supermarket , a drugstore and great food stall selling traditional Hungarian snacks, among them the not-to-be-missed lángos.
The trams 4 and 6, which run without interruption day and night stop right on the square. One metro line is a 5 minute walk and the other one is 2 tram stops away.

There are also several buses within a few minutes walk, among them number 7 that takes you straight to the Gellért Baths or in the otehr direction, to Keleti station.
For those arriving ny car, there is a guarded , cheap parking lot close-by.
