This is a beautifully renovated apartment, which is located minutes from Andrassy Boulevard, the Opera House, Franz Liszt Square, Deak Ferenc Terrace and the Danube. It is light and spacious with high ceilings and plasterwork, chandeliers and parquet floors throughout.

The apartment has two big bedrooms, one of which has its own little balcony which faces the big old yellow church opposite. There is plenty of room to lounge around after a full day's exploration of the City and having previously been used as our family's pied a terre in Budapest. The apartment has both a modern kitchen and bathroom (with separate shower) with a very spacious lounge area. It is fully equipped, furnished and has Free Internet Access available.

A trip to Budapest would ideally suit anyone interested in history and culture, architecture, fabulo...

Many things to see and eat right in the neighbourhood (jummy ice parlour next to the multi fruits 99). A fifth dinner chair was missing, but... more

The owner has taken a tall-ceilinged, classic apartment and sensitively modernised it (kitchen, and bathroom). You still get to experience the mega-security that Hungarians still seek - hide behind 4 locked doors with umpteen keys ! Budapest is a... more

Budapest, is very easy to get to from all major UK airports. Flights from London take about two and a half hours. Easyjet , Wizzair and Malev (the Hungarian National airline) all have frequent flights to and from the UK, which are reasonably priced, especially of course if you book a good time in advance.

Transport from Budapest airport is easy: you can jump on the airport minibus, which will take you to the flat or just get a Zona taxi, which will cost about 25 Euros.
