Extra nightly rate of $7.50/night for USB wifi internet key at Belsize apartment, however, Oberon apt wifi is complimentary. This is because Oberon has fixed wifi available through a longterm plan and Belsize doesn't.

The apartment is a three minute walk from Carlisle St EastSt Kilda and Acland St St Kilda, which is one of the oldest, most popular area of Melbourne. Not only visitors from Interstate and Overseas visit St Kilda, but even Melburnians flock there on weekends.
At the end of the deadend street is a tram to the city (25 minutes) and to St Kilda proper (5 minutes) and a five minute walk away is the Balaclava train station (12 minutes to the city running every ten minutes in peak hour).
Carlisle and Acland Streets have the best restaurants and cake shops you'll find in Melbourne, from Blue Corn, the best home made Mexican food (hand made burritos, tacos and tortillas) you'll find in this half of the globe, to Leroys, The Wall and Batch, all for coffee connoisseurs, delicious Chinta Ria's Malaysian kitchen and Santa Anas Tapas Bar to die for and a host of other restaurants with class and atmosphere.
