This lovely house enjoys the peace and quiet of the deep countryside yet is within easy reach of the medieval towns and villages such as Caylus, Parisot, St Antonin Noble Val and Villefranche de Rouergue. The conversion has achieved a spacious and light filled house, retained most of the original timber beams and the stone walls and ensures a cool ambient temperature during the summer warmth of the South West.

Ideal for families for besides the swimming pool, there is also badminton, boules, table tennis, and bicycles for adults and children. Not far is the lovelly medieval town of St. Antonin-Noble-Val in the Aveyron Gorge where canoes can be hired to explore the river and the cascades. Available nearby are all the activities of rock climbing, hang gliding, horseriding, tennis, walking etc.

La Grange is a haven of peace and tranquility in the French Countryside. First class facilities, lots of good local restaurants within easy reach. As an extended family of five aged 24 to 75 we had a truly remarkable week and are keen to return. ( As the 75 year old I decided to give the on-site cycles a miss). more

Had a wonderful two weeks with the family at La Grange.

From the initial inquiry about free dates to post holiday deposit return Lesley was most helpful in all aspects.

The Home itself is just that, everything you could possible need from a pizza cutter to a badminton net is provided. The location is to die for and on many occasions we spotted wild deer in the valley below.The tranquility on an evening was relaxing beyond belief.

My kids loved riding the bikes on the quiet country lanes and feeding the donkeys in the paddock next to the lane. the canoeing down the gorge is a must and the local towns and villages are stunning.We even entered a period archery contest at the castle at Penne. My eldest son loved it.

We hope to return at some stage as the property is perfect

The whole of the ground floor is open plan, with a full height galleried hall area in the centre. In the sitting area at one end there are two large sofas, armchairs and a wood burner. At the other end is the fully fitted kitchen and dining area. There is also a laundry/store room which houses the washing machine.There is a downstairs lavatory.
On the upper floor, there are four double bedrooms, two of which have double beds and two with twin beds, a bathroom and fully fitted shower room. The total floor area extends to 175 Sq. Mtrs.
