    • the week preceding Christmas

    • the week in which Easter Sunday falls, the preceding two weeks and the two weeks after;

    • the last week in May (apart from 2015) and first week in June;

    • during 2015 the week before the 2015 Irish Open, commencing 18 May

    • all weeks in July and August including the weeks in which July starts and August ends but excluding two weeks of the 12 July holiday which are classified as Super Peak. NB The minimum let in July and August is 1 week

    • the half-term weeks in February and October

    The rate is inclusive of VAT, heating oil, electricity, cleaning and all linen except beach towels. A refundable damages deposit of £250 is taken for all bookings.

We stayed at the Burren over Easter with children and extended family. The house really felt like a home. It was very well equipped and was very clean. It was a super base to sight-see around the Mournes and Co. Down. We hope to return next year and have already recommended it to friends. more

Great weekend at the Burren. Lovely house in beautiful location. Had everything that we needed. Very helpful when contacted with queries before our stay. Would definitely recommend and will returning ourselves next year. more

A group of us stayed in the house for a weekend. We had a great time. The house comfortably held 9 for a relaxed stay. We loved the upstairs living room with its balcony and views of the mountains. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated! Hope to return!!! more
