This is my third visit to the Old Village, Vilamoura and this is the best apartment I have stayed in.
The Old Village is an ideal location in Vilamoura, with 3 swimming pools, a supermarket and several bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk on the complex. A 15 minute walk takes you to the marina which has a superb buzz in the evenings and provides a great backdrop for al fresco dining.
This time I travelled with a party of 10 friends and family. We stayed in this spacious 5 bedroom town house which was bright and airy with everything you could need for your holiday. I was worried with 6 adults and 4 teenagers that the apartment would feel crowded but the spacious living accomodation never felt crowded. There is no air conditioning but the apartment always felt cool enough.
Yvonne and Gilbert were very helpful and arranged our transfers to and from the airport, both of which were prompt and helpful. Because we had been before we really did n't need...
