We have stayed in the property in the beautiful village of Lythrodontas for about 4 days. We were really astonished when we saw Elaia for the first time. Additional Rate and Availability Information
Bookings will be considered provisional until receipt of a non refundable booking deposit of 20% of the price of the booking, minimum £100/100euros. Payment in full is due six weeks before the rental start date. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP£ or Euros.

As shown above our prices are for 7 nights depending on number of people and thus use of number of bedrooms with the rest of the house:
1-2 people booking - use of one bedroom
3-4 people booking - use of two bedrooms
5-6 people booking - use of the three bedrooms
8 people can be accommodated as family room can sleep 4. The cost for 8 peolpe booking is £775.00
For 2 people using 2 bedrooms there is supplement of £50 per week and so on.
A discount of 10% is given for the second consecutive full week booked.

The bedrooms and kitchen can be heated with ‘split units’ , (which in the summer provide the air conditioning), at no extra cost. The general Central heating can be made available for £10 a day. Firewo... more
