This was an ideal base from which to visit Glasgow, and even Edinburgh, and very good value. We were able to drive into Glasgow in about 15 minutes from here. If you want to travel by train Cambuslang station is only a few minutes' walk. The accommodation is spacious and very adequate for four. It is well equipped and furnished.... more

As the title implies Kelburn house is almost like a 'home from home'. A very relaxing base to come back to and with everything to meet our needs. Stayed for a few nights with teenage son while he was at a swimming competition in Glasgow. Although just the two of us this time, we were there on a previous occasion as a group of five. Well furnished throughout, the apartment has all the facilities in place to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. In addition, the owners occupy the lower apartment and are close by should assistance be required.

Additional Rate and Availability Information
To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total payment is required in advance with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable deposit of £100 to be held in case of any accidental damage which will be returned following satisfactory receipt of key and apartment inspection. This will be repaid within 14 days of your return.

NOTE - No charge for minor breakages such as glasses, crockery etc but would appreciate being informed of minor breakages so that replacements can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled then the following charges will apply;

6 weeks deposit plus 20%
4 weeks deposit plus 40%
2 weeks deposit plus 60%
1 week deposit plus 80%
Unused no refund

Deposit for breakages will be refunded in the event of any cancellation.
