    The large en-suite bedroom has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The 2nd bedroom has a wardrobe, large chest of drawers and two bedside cabinest. A fully equipped tiled bathroom has a separate walk in shower.

    The villa also has a solar domestic water heater system fitted thereby providing all the hot water naturally by the sun.

    Our villa is approximately 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
    Take A7 motorway towards Valencia
    Leave at exit No. 66 (Villajoyosa - 1st exit after the Peage) Toll charges €2.05
    After toll booth take 1st right at roundabout towards Sella (CV-770)
    Follow this road for approx 8 klm - through the outskirts of the village of Orxeta
    After Orxeta take right turn towards Finestrat/Benidorm (CV-758)
    (The road goes downhill and then uphill and round a few bends)
    After approx 2.5 klm you will see a red 40 klm signpost on right, then a bend sign
    Immediately facing you on the right hand bend you will see a track with a red 'no entry' signpost which says 'Solo Residentes' Just before kilometre 12 signpost.

The view is spectacular, the mountain, Puig Campana, is there in front of you, and the track leads you off towards it and into the surrounding hills, full of wildlife and geology.
The house lives up to its location, in looks and amenity, all you need for proper self catering is provided (OK a grid for the grill, a mixing bowl and a casserole would have been useful, and a sharp kitchen knife!), the beds and furniture are very comfortable, and the rooms provide plenty of space. Outside, the garden is well kept, with flowers to attract butterflies, including swallowtails, there is good quality patio furniture and, best of all, a blue garden bench and table to take your sunny breakfast facing the mountain.
Nearby Finestrat is one of the nicest Spanish mountain villages, with enough shops and restaurants for most needs, library, museum, outdoor art, church and wonderful views from mountains to sea from its hilltop park, oh and the old streets and architecture are picturesque in the...

Excellent house, larger than some of the outside photos suggest. Good kitchen and large bedrooms and lounge/ dining area. Lots of space in the garden with superb views.
Easy access from airport and to coastal towns for good dining etc (avoid Benidorm unless you think Burgerking is fine dining and you like crowds). Excellent large supermarket within 10 min drive. Local villages of Finestrat and Sella also have restaurants and shops.
Easy access to the superb mountains inland and enough walking to keep the most active going for at least 6 weeks. Rock climbing to dream of...
