Very clean and tasteful residence in the peaceful Pasitea area of Positano, well positioned with fabulous views. Nicely equipped kitchen with a large patio perched over flower covered cliffs. Owners were delightful and very accommodating.

-Final cleaning cost per week € 90.
-Air conditioning according to consumption: € 0.40 per Kw.
-Heating according to consumption: € 0.40 per Kw.
-Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: € 400.
-A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. You can make payments by Pay Pal. Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm your reservation. All balances are due 40 days prior arrival.
Bookings made less than 40 days before the start of the rental period must be paid in full at the time of booking.
-CHECK-IN is between 17.00 and 19.30 and CHECK-OUT is before 09.30. Anyhow we'll be happy to welcome you at any other time, but please, communicate any delays or variations to these times. Thank you.
