I stayed here with my family (wife, kids 14 & 11) in August 2013 for a week.
We arrived into Napels station from Rome and had a taxi transfer to Positano, which took about an hour. The taxi dropped off at a small grotto on the road down to Positano town, where we were meet by a relative of the owner and were then shown to the villa. I was immediately impressed, the bedrooms were spacious the kitchen/dining area lovely. There are two patio areas, one at the front of the villa with a wall, no view but great for breakfast or dinner and to the side a large patio area with amazing views, lemon trees (the kids loved to make real lemon juice). Great to sit out in the evening with a beer and watch the sun set, a really wow experience.
The villa was quiet and cool (air con), and the kitchen had all the items that you need. there was also wifi broad band to keep the kids happy.
