Additional Rate and Availability Information

There is a final cleaning fee of 120 euros payable locally upon arrival. Guests also pay on departure for the cost of any gas, electiricty and air conditioning used during their stay. Otherwise, the rental rates are all inclusive and include linen and towels. A £200 deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment via direct bank transfer is preferred, but payment is also possible via £ cheque or paypal (allowing you to pay by credit card). Additional fees may apply.
