Trevor and Sue run two gîtes: Jasmine and Acacia, both of which are very well appointed and comfortable. Essentially they are for couples, though Jasmine has a mezzanine with an extra bed. We chose to stay in Acacia Cottage booking through Chez Nous. The booking process was very simple and efficient and helpful directions were given: Laguépie is about 40 minutes from the A20, 10 miles beyond the beautiful small town of Saint Antonin Noble Val.
On arrival we quickly discovered that Trevor is a builder who has been working in this area of France for about 10 years. Much of his work restoring old properties is for the English market and his workmanship is superb. Both gîtes were converted from old farm buildings by him, all very sympathetically done with lovely bare stone walls and all mod cons.
