What a little treat this place is. We went looking for a last minute, part week break in October half term and found this. Parking is a nightmare although with a little help from the local council and a week long permit problem solved. The accommodation is warm, well equipped and a perfect base to explore the north devon countryside or sit in the window and watch the goings on around the harbour and quayside with a nice glass of red...which we did on more than one occasion.
The only negatives - either the shower is too powerful (no) or the bath screen too small (yes) but small floods were a common occurrence. With the weather poor there was no-where to dry towels therefore had to rely on the heating system.
We didn't eat in all week but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need to provide a more than adequate culinary experience.
