Number 2 Braeside Mews has been converted from part of a Victorian property believed to have been originally built as the Canon of Exeter's summer residence.
This very spacious house is tastefully decorated, retaining all of the original features including the magnificent pine balustrade, but with the modern twists of hardwood flooring and contemporary furnishings. There are stunning views of the beach and park from both the ground floor dining room and first floor lounge, with side-on views from the bedrooms and terrace area.

A travel cot and highchair are included in the property.

Goodrington Sands, a short walk away, and offers a wide variety of water sports, boat hire, beach huts and sunloungers.

On the Ground floor there is a large, fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, washer/drier. The door leads out directly onto the patio area, which has a hardwood table/ chairs. The study area has a comfy sofa and book case (with books!) as a quiet reading space. An antique pine desk and chair is provided the Vestibule, along with a bench and wardrobe for coats and the front door to the property. A broadband wi-fi connection is available for your personal use. There are full toilet facilities on the ground floor and access to the cellar. We also have a grand dining room with a very large table, a gas/ coal fire in an antique surround and beautiful sea and coastal views towards Brixham.
