    Dearholm is a lovely, three bedroom, self catering house ideally located in the popular village of Brockenhurst within the heart of the beautiful New Forest National Park. Within walking distance of the village, with its variety of shops, eating places and pubs, it is ideal for family holidays. Dearholm benefits from its own private parking, an enclosed front and rear garden with decking for dining al fresco style, and is close to the mainline train station. It is 200 metres from open forest and direct walking and cycle routes. The property welcomes well behaved dogs.

    Daerholm is well equipped with a separate lounge a study/playroom area and a large conservatory leading off from the kitchen and dining room. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs the main bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom comfortably houses a double and single bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. The family bathroom is complete with a power shower. The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted throughout.
    Luxury linen and towels are provided. There are two televisions and DVD/CD players. A Welcome Pack upon arrival.

    Short breaks are either Fri, Sat, Sun (3 nights) or Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs (4 nights) and are charged at 70% of the weekly rate. They are not accepted in peak weeks.
    A £200 refundable breakages/damage deposit is required per booking and returned to you after the holiday provided there are no breakages or mishaps. If booked more than 8 weeks in advance then a 20% deposit taken with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday. If booked less than 8 weeks in advance then full payment required at time of booking.

Dearholm is a comfortable, spacious three-bedroom house, perfect for a family (our group consisted of five - toddler, parents and one set of grandparents). Lovely house to stay in,we have stayed there the last 2 years over new year and its so cosy and homely. The owner is really helpful and leaves some nice welcome presents,wine and chocolates, bread and milk.There is so much space to spread out and play the games that are in the house, we all loved it. more
