    A booking deposit of £250 is required on confirmation of dates. This deposit is refunded after satisfactory inspection of the property when you vacate. Full payment will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

    Guests are kindly requested to vacate by 10 a.m. on the day of departure to allow access to the cleaners. Incoming guests may not be able to gain access until 2 p.m. on day of arrival due to cleaning.

    Rental rates are based on a maximum of 6 guests at any one time.

    Christchurch is accessible from any part of Great Britain and most of Europe. There is continuous motorway or dual carriageway from London and along the South Coast and the A34 provides good access from the Midlands.

    We have a good rail service and coach and bus service with South West Trains, Virgin Trains and National Express. Bournemouth Airport services routes from Glasgow and Belfast and a multitude of routes from international destinations with Ryanair, Thomsonfly and Jet2. Southampton Airport also has many domestic flight routes and a direct rail link from the airport to Bournemouth.

    Ferries - The continental ferry ports are easily accessible from the port of Poole (6 miles) or nearby Southampton and Portsmouth.

We had a very pleasant stay in the cottage. Very comfortable and had a nice large bed. Great location close to the footpath along the River Stour and to Hengisbury Head which provides excellent walking. Also within walking distance of the Wick ferry to Christchurch. more

Our stay at Quality Cottage, Wick Village was amazing, very welcoming cottage in an idyllic setting. Wonderful walks and so peaceful there are no words to do it justice. The welcome pack was exceptional. We would love a return visit. more

Just came back from a 9 day holiday and we did not want to leave. The weather was fantastic and we have to say this was the best family holiday we’ve been on, and with a toddler daughter to keep happy. The property is of a very good standard and very pretty.
