Mumbles promenade/cycle path is literally on your doorstep and the property benefits from spectacular sea views across Swansea Bay. The stunning blue flag beaches of Rotherslade and Langland are an energetic walk away or five minutes by car. Mumbles is known as the Gateway to the Gower and this is an excellent location from which to explore its many beautiful coves and beaches.

    The Gower Peninsula is easily accessed by car, rail, plane or ferry. The closest international airport which serves our area is Cardiff Airport. It is less than one hours drive from the Gower Peninsular. By road, the M4 motorway means that Swansea is less than three hours from London, two and a half hours from Birmingham and 4 hours from Manchester. The train runs into Swansea Train Station which is six miles from the Gower and connected by a regular bus service. Swansea also has a ferry terminal with a regular service to Cork.

Great location close to amenities and ideal for exploring further afield. Excellent views across the bay. Spacious house and well equipped for a family holiday. Very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Outside dining is a plus and car parking at the rear a treat. more

The house was modern and clean and the garden was lovely but would caution elderly people as to the steps in the garden as quite steep but there is a hand rail. The location was perfect close to shops across the road from sea. Just could not fault this one. more
