Payment is in Euros. A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required to secure the reservation by way of a bank transfer. Confirmation of address will be sent on reservation. The final balance and €120.00 security deposit is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival and will be rufunded within 10 days of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. All charges include cleaning prior to arrival, change of linen once per fortnight if required and cleaning after departure. linen and towels are provided. There will be an additional charge €30 euros if arriving at the property after the hours of 20.00hrs and €40.00 if after 22.00hrs. A cot and high chair is available to rent on request at €15 Euro each per week.
